This location is completely mismanaged, whoever owns and runs this establishment doesn't properly train their staff and it... shows. Orders are slow and inaccurate which makes no sense, if it's going to be slow it should be accurate because you took yourtime. The staff does not know what it is doing and seemingly has not been trained in how to properly take orders or prepareorders. No one cleans the restaurant, it's constantly dirty. This service and quality is completely unacceptable and unbecomingof being a franchise, it misrepresents the brand in every way possible. Even if you are the only person in the store somehoweverything still takes long and is inaccurate. I have been here multiple times, with multiple different staff in place and it'salways somehow the same horrible service. Please corporate Burger King, strip this location of being a franchisee. ?Horrible service? non of the items that was placed wasn?t in the order I placed. The one or two items that did came, looks... like it was just thrown in the bag like the fries were all over the bag. They sent no straws, napkins or condiments. They sentitems that wasn?t in the receipt. Let alone you paying to have your food delivered to you. This tells you the types of employeesand managers the Burger King company employs. If giving you this type of service then you have to question how they handlingyour food. I will never order take out or step foot in a Burger King establishment. It?s obvious that these employees nor theremanagers cares how service is being conducted. I went to this Burger King to buy food it was 15 mins to 9:00pm, and the employee lock the door in my face, meanwhile their... closing time is 11:00 pm as is displayed in a sign in the door. This situation is very recruiting at this branch it has happensmore than twIce, if the owner of this location wants to make money defenetly has to change his crew. They are Lazy and rude. IfI could give them no start I would, unfortunately their is not Zero starts in Google. Don?t go there trust me that location isgarbage. Read more
Very slow service .. and not only for the food .. just to take an order , it does not surprise me since half the crew is over... weight and lazy ! Read more
Food was ok but they always have just 2 people working there. The wait time to get your food Is ridiculous
We like the quality of the food offerings more than some of other popular Fast-food restaurants
Food is excellent always right off the grill my only beef no pun intended lol they need to more staff the register person... handling cooking, mobile order and Walk in customer that's crazy I literally had to wait each time for my food more than 10 to15 minutes ugh but place is well kept always clean Read more
The food is decent. Fries are always great. The service is just too slow. There's always only 2 people there, and sometimes... there's a long line of customers waiting. They need more staff. Staff is courteous for the most part. Read more
