This a fairly new location so I was initially excited. However,The food is not prepared the way it should be, it was thrown... together with absolutely no care. I had a salad bowl the lettuce was old, spinach and parsley were whole not chopped. I meanlong stems and all. The meat was not even chopped . The place is messy. I expected more considering the prices you charge. Staffneed to be trained much better. Would rather go to any other location even though this location is more convenient. Not a happycustomer. Ordered a chicken burrito last night past 6pm ? every ingredient I asked for was available and my burrito was delicious.... Employees engaged in chatter while serving customers but it didn?t matter as there were so few people on the line then and itdidn?t reduce their efficiency. However, that would be a problem with a full line. Will come back again. Read more
Employees unprofessional wasn't greeted or told thank you. Ordered my food, ask for chips n guac and was told guac is finished ... for the day. Its 6:30pm, the store closes at 8pm. So disappointing. Don't go there after 6pm you may not get guac or anythingelse they may have ran out on. Read more
How is it that there's no fajitas no green bell Peppers. It's what make the dish. When there's one ingredient missing its not... the same. They didn't put sour cream on my food either when it's was requested. They skimp on the rice. And the barbacoa wasextremely oily. Just bad for 30 dollars. Read more
Horrible. The company that I work for placed a huge order for 10+ of us and literally EVERYONE complained. The chips tasted as... if they were 2 days old, it was horrible, they were stale. The chicken was super spicy???? & the food just tasted OLD. Two ofthe orders came messed up, they put sour cream on my co workers salad?? I cant even explain it. I ordered through Ubereats a veggie bowl that came with cheese on top, a order of chips and guacamole that came without the... chips, the only thing they got right was the juice I ordered. 2/3 of the order was wrong. I ordered my normal and I LOVE super spicy. This had me sweating, rid of all seasonal allergies and congestion, I saw the light... for a moment, rested my incinerated soul, said four Hail Mary capsaicins, lost three pounds of sweat, and I cannot wait tohookup tomorrow and see what happens :) lol Obviously the long anticipated restaurant of the area is packed, good for them! I?mhappy to live just a block away. The staff is incredibly hospitable and nurturing, multi lingual, and adhering to all foodsafety standards and regulations above and beyond. Terrible, I ordered two chicken bowls yesterday I told the cashier I?m willing to pay an extra 5 cents for a bag. I was told No... and she?s not allowed to give extra bags. Since when this happens? When I ask for an extra bag I have no problem getting one. Ispend $30 and I can?t have an extra bag? It?s ok last time I?ll spend my money here. Read more
