Ordered from them and it took them almost an hour to deliver. I called to ask what?s happening the person who answered tried to... act like he didnt know what was happening and told me to wait. My complain and problem is that the store is 3 minutes away fromme using the delivery car and 10 minute walking! I could have went out and bought the pizza but its raining heavily. This isridiculous. It?s better to go in person. Never have them deliver to you. They take too long. Sometimes it?s like 1 person making the food in... there when I visit. Read more
Stay away from this location! The management and crew don?t understand customer service. I ordered a pasta and it came burnt... and the delivery person said it was because it dried up during the delivery. This is not the first incident. Not sure why I ordered from here a second time. Wings were under-cooked the first time and whomever I spoke to on the phone... regarding not receiving my order for over 90 minutes stated there was a call and a text, which I did not receive. This locationis literally less than 15 minutes away; I can not understand why my pizza got to me freezing cold. Read more

Do not come to this store. I ordered using the app to pick up from store, only because i read the reviews that stated they... take two hours to deliver. Once the app confirmed that my order was ready for pick up, i walk into the store, only to be told ihave to wait more time. If the order is not ready then why send me an email stating that it's ready? To make matters worse istood at the windoe for 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. I will never come here again.... i rather the pizza shopon the corner. Read more

Very very bad customer service and Absolutely very bad management. First, I called to find out if they would deliver to school... parties, due to it was big order and I want to see if they can deliver it.but they guy hanging up the phone and I went there inperson to placed the orders and they took forever to make the food and when the food ready there were no bags to pick up thefood for the school until the pizzas got cold.
