They need to learn better customer service and how to make a cappuccino. Im a coffee drinker and I know the difference between... coffee and cappuccino. Every time I place a mobile order instead of letting me know they are unable to make it how the order was placed they make... whatever they want or nothing at all ! They aren?t busy when I go so they have plenty of time to tell me they are out of thatitem or drink and to ask me what would I like instead . I wake up every morning happy knowing my 1st stop is Dunkin Donuts. The staff is awesome. The location is always spotless.... There is always parking. Which is a major plus. Since I'm a regular. The staff already knows what I want . So by time I get tothe counter. My order is already bagged and ready to go. The new location manager is awesome. She has the store running onall Cylinders. They couldn't of found a better manager. I cant wait until tomorrow morning to wake up and go get my coffee andsee the staff smiling faces. That's a great way to start every morning. Read more
A very pleasant experience here. A busy place to visit in the morning, and early afternoon hours. Been here a few times, fresh... donuts, excellent coffee, and cold drinks during the summer, make this a popular stop. Only real drawback is the place is verysmall, and has no seating, is for take-out only. Read more
Absolutely no tables. So I guess the message is: "We want your business but we don't want you to stay here". Of all the Dunkin... Donuts I've been to (nationally) this is the only one I've seen without seating, oh well, I guess the owner of this franchisedoesn't think the people of South West Yonkers has no need to sit down and stay. Only good to go early in the morning before 7 . Always crowded . Only two workers max no matter the time . Always run out of... donuts by noon. Parking is great and the employees are very nice . Clean store but need more workers as the day gets busy. Read more
Service was fast and up to standard but I wanted sit in and have my breakfast. The manager told me they removed the seating... because of the homeless people. So basically, everyone else have to do without to accommodate one group of people.Shame on youDunkin.???? Read more
