Staff very unprofessional. It 1:40 n the afternoon and their counting draws. Saying the register is closed . Customers are just... standing waiting to be service. Then when serve the order is wrong and the drinks is disgusting. I was service by hamza. Read more
I got the sourdough egg sandwich. It comes with two eggs, bacon ????, and White Cheddar ????. It's quite filling but I think it... could use a little Mayo and some salt and pepper. Then I washed it all down with a large peppermint mocha Signature Latte'. Makesure you say Signature Latte' because otherwise they'll get confused and give you a regular coffee flavored with peppermintmocha. Read more
This is the slowest moving Dunkin? donuts in the bx. The staff in the morning does not care about fast food and getting there... customers to work or school on time?.. if you want fast service from a staff that works just to get you going on ur way with thebest coffee please take the time you would waste in line at this place and go down the block to the Dunkin? on Conner st ! Make my day wasted The Management was awesome when the old store manager "DASH" and his wife used to work here. Every Morning... used to come here to get my coffee but a few months ago I saw the new lady store manager. I've noticed the lady does roughbehavior to the employee often. She did this today as well. I am sorry to say that the last 11 years of relation between me andthis Dunkin Donuts and their employees, I am breaking it today. I won't come to this location ever in my life.
