Always understaffed, they really need more than 1 person in the morning, the guy can't do everything himself, we ordered on the... app and our our coffee wasn't ready, there were 6 people waiting, he couldn't get the machine to start so he moved to the nextcustomer. NIGHTMARE. Had to leave so we wouldn't be late. Lost our money. I think a good indicator if a Dunkin is good or not is if the wifi is working ???? at this location it isn't. Place is OK,... definitely one of the more worse off Dunkins I've seen, but not abysmal I'd say. Often have gotten hard donuts though. And theyalways close earlier than they say on their store hours on the front say (?) Read more
Absolutely horrible! Have never gotten a fresh donut here. The attitude is unwarranted. But most of all... This location is... NEVER open during listed times. I placed an order through the app once for 515am pick up. They are supposed to open at 5am. Iget there at 510am and the store is closed with all the lights out. At 520 the girl appears from the back of the store, sees me,makes me wait a few minutes more then lets me in and asks what I want. I tell her I'm picking up an order I placed online andshe looks it up and says well you have to wait because there's no coffee made yet. Have never gone back and likely never will. The guys close the store every night at 9:35 and refuse to open the door eventhough the store close at 10 PM.manytime doing that... ,Since there is no store manager to speak with...I really donesnt understands how is it uncomfortable to drive all the way tothis place for nothing..I leaving the pic at the time witness my comment Read more
