I bought a large Original Cake Batter Latte after a Doctor's appointment at Montefiore. Only two people working there which must... be difficult. Mostly cause it was not just me on line. The worst Dunkin Donuts in the Bronx area. I placed an online order around 5am since this place is supposedly 24hrs. When I... arrived I waited outside the small window and used the doorbell since the main entrance is locked. I noticed that my order wasalready made and sitting on the counter so I thought okay this will be a quick pick up and go situation.....sadly that was notthe case. I saw one of the employees moving back and fourth between the register and the backroom. I pressed the doorbell acouple of times and even knocked on the window just to get his attention. For a split second he looks at my general directionand then continues to walk away to the back area. A couple of minutes go by and once again the dude was a no show and couldn'twait any longer since I was on my way to work. Unfortunately I had to leave my order behind which I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE!!! Thiswas truly a horrible experience and am currently trying to get a refund for my order which is a royal pain since you have tocall customer service directly instead of having a refund option in the app I now have to jump through hoops just to get thiscorrected. If I could give this no stars I would! Please everyone do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else! Read more

Please hire more people !!!! I went to buy coffee at 5 30 this evening . The lady behind the counter had the only attitude. Cool... it didn't bother me at first . But come on im telling her my order and shes acting like its a big deal do her job . After Iorder she points to the machine to pay and walks away . Like whattttttt where is my receipt and what happen to have a good night. Stop leaving people to work by themselves this whole attitude was uncalled for but I understand when your doing everything itcan be overwhelming.
