went today to buy breakfast, got an Ice caramel Latte and order an everything bagel bacon, egg & Chz but I only got butter and... bacon on my bagel, I'm calling this location and I get no one to answer my call. Why aren't your workers paying attention on howtheir making the orders, I need a credit or a refund on my sandwich since is not what I asked for and I can't make it now to getmy correct order. Upon arrival the manager in a blue shirt was yelling at the staff repeatedly with the window open and for a person who works in... food I found this to be very unprofessional especially just visiting to get a cup of coffee the staff always treat me withrespect and always have a smile on their faces when they greet me even when getting yelled at. For some reason this isn?t thefirst time I?ve seen this manager being rude and coming for his staff in this manner I do hope something is done about hisattitude towards his staff because this is not something I wish to see again.
