Hands down the slowest and worst Dunkin in all of Ny I went here as a student of Bronx community and service was bad and... slow. I returned years later when j started working in the area and the service was still slos and bad. You could. The order isusually wrong. It gave me nostalgia about the bad service from my Uni days. Staff are weird, rude, and slow. They always look unapproachable and dont know how to acknowledge customers. Except one girl... there.. Didnt catch her name but shes really nice. She is hispanic and short on the thicker side. She doesnt deserve to workwith such miserable co workers. They also are terrible at making drinks. Ordered 2 avocado toasts with bacon, a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and 2 orders of hash browns. The lady that took... my order messed up bc she punched in 2 avocado toast with tomatoes not bacon. So when the other worker was making it I had tocorrect her. She had no problem fixing my order but the original cashier had an attitude. Then they gave me the 2 toasts and 2orders of hash. I asked for a big bag to put everything in (the toasts and hash). A third worker gave me a big plastic bagwithout any issues. Then I said that I also ordered a frosted donut. The lady that took my order looked at my receipt and thenwent and got the donut. She tried to give me the donut in the little paper instead of putting it in a small paper bag?like theyusually do. So I asked her to put the donut in a small paper bag and she goes ?you already have too many bags? (while rollingher eyes and putting the donut in a paper bag). I replied ?well I?m not going to put a frosted donut in the same paper bag ashash browns? and she ignored me and started talking to the customer next to me. I didn?t know there was a limit to how many bagsyour order should have? if it was that big of a deal I would?ve paid for the ?extra? bag.. either way the cashier was very nastyand rude. The Morning workers? Mon-Fri. Them spanish girls. They need to be retrained? they dont know how to make ice coffee? so simple.... All they add is water and call it a day?. Retrained or replaced them, asap. Read more
The lady in the morning with blond hair is very rude and they always get the Drinks and food wrong. Machines never work either.... Very pricey. Would NOT Recommend. Go in the afternoon for the nice staff Read more
