The workers are not bad they try but this store is constantly running out of necessities such as cups. Yesterday they ran out of... cold brew at 1030 am. They never have any of the refreshers. They run out of straws for their bubble refreshers. And they neverhad the strawberry flavor . Read more
Just left there . Service was good but the lady didn't have change n tried to keep 97cents! Thats the bronx for you! The other... guy gets 5stars his service was on point he de-escalated the issue. Read more
This place is relatively dirty at times although MOST IMPORTANT THEY OVERCHARGE, I did my due diligence and bought the same... beverage which is the something I buy at my home DD and at another DD nearby at normal price while I was over charged (20%) atthis location. I go here every morning and they take a long time to take my order. I have to wait at least 20 minutes to just put in an order.... They are slow and disorganized. I go on the weekend and there's another crew and they work fast as a team. Read more
Has a habit of messing up orders. Example, my snacking bacon was covered in oil grease. It was bad, to the point I couldn't... finish it. Also, my avocado toast was not prepared well . The guy did not spread the avocado on my bread he just left it in themiddle. Even my coworkers who I was with messed up their order as well. My co works are so upset that they are temporarilybanned this place for a week or more.. I do NOT recommend this place. Read more
Always fast, hot food and super fresh donuts. The ladies do have a preference to the people with manners. If they don't like... you, or you rush them they make their accents heavier and ask you to repeat yourself a few times. Is funny when is not beingdone to you. Read more
