This dunkin donut sux ! Everytime I send an aide with my otder specifically written down in plain old English they always send... me whatever the cook wants ! I just ordered a sweet bacon on croissant. They send burnt bacon,I ordered a ice latte withcaramel, whipped cream, and oatmilk cause I'm allergic. They made it with regular milk,and no caramel, no whipped cream !????had to flush it ! No more will I ever order online,nor send someone to buy anything from there ! Read more

They could have earned more stars for product and presentation if they ever got my order right. I live right around the corner... and need my coffee every morning and every morning my order is wrong. Sometimes it?s no sugars, sometimes they put regularsugar, sometimes they flavor it wrong, sometimes they charge me twice or charge me for something I didn?t purchase but EVERYTIME it?s something. The staff needs to be coached on effectively listening especially when in the food industry as this couldpose a threat to someone with a food allergy. My advice to the consumer please check your order and your receipt before youleave and don?t allow them to make you feel like you aren?t entitled to your correct order or change as I?ve seen them get quiteugly when they?ve made the error!
