Went here and the kitchen was closed at 5pm in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter was having a full blown... conversation on her phone . She was so rude and ghetto didn?t even bother to greet me. She was so nasty . Normally would Just get coffe.But on two different occasions I received my breakfast sandwich lightly warm(on the verge of being... cold).Not sure if because they are so busy.They are rushing the orders.And not letting it stay in the warmer the full allowedtime. Read more

LITERALLY TRIED TO TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE NO PRODUCT!!! Showed my mobile receipt with ALL DETAILS, and their untrained team kept... saying they won't give me my drink because they don't have a receipt on their side. I made a whole issue, and ALL OF A SUDDEN mydrink has a receipt on their end and they can make it. Train your staff on how to read receipts so customers aren't met with"that's not our store" (even though the address is there), "that's from a different day" (time stamp is there ????), "it isn'tpaid for" (it LITERALLY says the charge on the card) or "we don't know your order so we can't make it" (ALSO on the mobilereceipt). Cause the only reason Dunkin is in business is convenience, the coffee ain't nothing special. Don't shoot yourself inthe foot but not delivering on the ONE thing that keeps the lights on. Read more
