I gave this 2 stars because this used to be the best pizza spot in the Bronx. They completely changed the ingredients to what I... can only believe are cheaper ingredients. The guys who used to run FRESCO were the best, completely different vibes, GREAT foodand the best staff. Now, not even a remnant of the past that was even featured on Rachel Ray. To be clear, the reason why I gave this 1 star is because they are a bit shady. They told my order was $33 and my credit card... was charged $36. Their receipt machine just so happen to not be working. When I did the math myself at home I don't believe myorder was anywhere near $36. It had to be $31 at most. The only reason they got over is because I didn't check my credit cardbalance until I was settled down at home. Had I checked it at the restaurant I could've gotten a proper calculation on my order. Their Tiramisu is on point. The pizza is also very good. It has the right amount of sauce and cheese. The atmosphere is so... chill, very confortable. I gave this place a 4 out 5 because their empanadas need work. I had the shrimp empanada (the shrimpwas fried ???? ..... weird, its usually made with sauteed shrimp ) it tasted doughy and overly fried. The cheese empanada wasnot melted right. Read more
First off, the service is terrible. They made us wait 20-30 minutes for two burgers and two slices of pizza. Secondly, the food... was terrible. The pizzas were burnt & the burgers didn?t even come assembled. If they didn?t assemble the burger & only cookedit, why did it take them 30 minutes to send it out?? Honestly, the food & service were good but something changed recently thatcaused the service and food quality to go down. I will not be coming back to this place & good luck to the people who do. One of the WORST customer services EVER! I had ordered a pizza and it took FOREVER to arrive! Once it came it was EXTREMELY... cold. I talked to multiple people at the store and all they did was ignore me and hang up on me. Literally one of the nastiestpizzas ever, it tasted like straight up cardboard. Manager mentioned they were gonna pick it up, yeah okay... still waiting forthem to get it so I CAN RECEIVE my money. Unbelievable. Read more
I love eating here. My fiancé and I eat here all the time. The service is great and the food even better.
quite late on delivery (almost 1,5 hours to a 30' walking distance)... portions were good????????... taste was decent ????
