When I visited this place I ordered online and there was a problem with the payment. I was greeted by a staff member who helped... me right away. She was very friendly and made sure I had everything. In terms of food I gave it 5-stars because the kitchenunderstood that the kids burgers had to be done in a special way other places just add all thw topping. Don't go during after school hours it's packed with the local high school kids
The food from the McDonald?s is good, but I advise to go during the day?before school kids get out if you can. If not, please do... pick up so you can grab your food and go. This place gets very busy at night, so your food will take longer if you order in thestore. The main reason I suggest doing pick up is because Citizen App always notifies me of fights or shootings happening infront or near this McDonald?s. So please for your safety, do Pick Up or, you can get Dominoes Pizza a few blocks away. Read more
I rarely eat McDonald's & when I do.I usually order from this location. Never again 3xs & the food was horrendous.Stale fries &... chicken nuggets.Undercooked burgers.All around disgusting inedible food.I had to request a refund from uber eats.I refuse to payfor something my children & I couldn't even eat.They need to do way better at this location. Management is terrible all around. Attitudes are disgusting. Would not recommend on a regular. Terrible customer service from... managers. Employees are helpful. Employees always seem to have to fix managers problems. This is coming from a former manager inthe company who has been ordering food here at this location for the past year. Staff is very helpful and orders are made hot and fresh. Food is very tasty. I do find that McDonald's is a bit pricey now... though. But at this location, the workers work very hard to keep things clean and get you on your way as fast as possible evenwhen ordering large orders. Read more
