Usually I have no issues with this McDonalds but I ordered a caramel ice coffee and when I drink it, some clear bead came... through the straw. Definitely not buying here again. I could?ve choked. Ordered take out yesterday at the drive-thru and my order was correct. I wanted a hot caramel machiato but i believe one of... their coffee machines got damaged but the manager was very accommodating and kind and gave us the option to choose anotherdrink. Read more
A normal mcdonalds. Its clean and the food is normal. Except for the occasional stale chicken nuggets or old bread. The biggest... problem is the management and the employees that stops this mcdonalds from being great. The management not because they dontwork hard but rather because they protect and seem to not care about other employees being rude and disgusting withcustomers. And i would like to assume that some and not all the employees here are very rude and couldn't care less about thecustomers or their order... i have had a few orders incorrectly made snd had to wait extra time and nothing was done or noattempts to offer me any type of explanation and promise if its not happening again. Anyway their are better mcdonalds outthere.. im sure within walking distace from this one.. unless your desperate that eat here.. but if you can wait you can spendyour money where the food is better m close proximity. This location usually gets you order wrong. This time the order was correct which is an improvement. I got a Carmel Frappe. I... asked for a little extra Carmel drizzle. One staffer put at least 1/4 of Carmel in the cup. I was highly upset. I only go tothat location as a last resort like I did this time. Read more
I can no longer ignore the laziness of the morning team working here, they won't even warm your food properly both steak bagel... was nearly cold. It's not the first time anyways I finally decided to drive to mount eden ave . They take their job moreseriously and are friendly too. Read more
