This location is great with keeping the dining area clean. The cashier staff is okay had to repeat the order serval times. The... restroom is kept locked and when asked you have to wait well over 15 minutes for them to open the doors. The food is cookedwell, fries are over salted. Read more

I don?t know who she is but she treats people horrible. ? I don?t care about your mobile orders or your deliveries I can care... less? waited more than 30 minutes for my pickup order. Seriously reading the reviews tell me 2 things 1. Management doesn't care about their customers or customers satisfaction. 2.... This location needs a serious rework. This location is always the slowest and food is always subpar. Even early morning hoursit's takes too long to get a simple coffee. Please go to the one across the Bruckner next to toco bell they do a better job onmoving the lines. Food is always on point. Read more

Communication is key! Why wait until the walk-in is full to then say ?we are closed, only Uber eats orders?? We tried the drive... through for nothing. Waited 20 minutes when cars started going in reverse. They didn?t bother to tell folks they were also notusing the drive through for regular orders. Read more
Clean place but unprofessional behavior from overnight crew. About 9PM I placed a mobile order for pickup. Food was fine.... However, Myself and another customer literally, had to lean over the counter to yell into the kitchen area for napkins as thecrew mimicked our requests. Ordered beverage was SWEET tea on receipt but was given UNSWEETENED tea. This was discovered in mycar after a sip thankfully BEFORE driving off. I returned inside, describing the error to giggling crew members. Shift managerused profanity while "jokingly" correcting the servicing crew member. Manager tells me that she'd warned that I would bereturning the beverage. The error was corrected. Unprofessional for sure...At least the public areas remain clean and serviceis usually not too long.
