Worst service at this location the staff are to lazy to take customers order at the register. Instead they waist your time... during morning rush hour to grab ad go. The staff are very rude they should all be retraining to take orders etc. I never in myentire life giving I the Bronx had experience anything like this before. Other McDonald's when you walk in they take your orderrespectfully,but not this place they need to shut down that garbage store. Read more
I ordered a 20 piece nuggets for me and my brother through uber eats with 2 ranch sauce and 1 buffalo one and when the food... comes i have 1 sweet snd sour, 1 tangy bbq 3 buffalo sauce and no ranch like that is not what i ordered but the nuggets came inas 23 pieces but tbh im not complaining beacuse i got more sauce and im fine without ranch and they gave me 23 nuggets insteadof 20 but they came in a spicy nugget box but tbh idc the food was real good Read more
Placed an order so my neighbor can pick up. With this location there are ALWAYS issues. I need to learn to forgo convenience.... Tossed the fries because they had a perfume taste that reminded me of cleaner. My son's Happy Meal was wrong and incomplete.Order through app and never receive a complete order because the sauces are not part of that screen. As others stated, foodtastes old. Read more
The absolute worst. Waited over 30 mins to pick up food I pre-ordered for my students and was supposed to be ready. While we... waited there with 20 other people we had front row seat to a brawl between 2 crackheads over either a dog or a 3rd crackhead..hard to tell. Read more
You have the hood "doorman" asking you for money while holding the door for you. The addicts sitting at the tables by the... bathroom, letting you know if its vacant or not. The teenagers vaping. Typical hood Mc Donald's. However, the staff are notrude. They're very helpful and fast and surprisingly the bathroom and tables are usually clean whenever I do visit theestablishment. I used the kiosk to get to a quick snack consisting of two items, which came to around $7.80.. I appreciate that the kiosk... offered me a deal of 2 for 3.50! The wait wasn't long and I spent less as well. The only thing I didn't like is the lady at thefront door smoking a cigarette. Not everyone smokes and children frequent this franchise. No one wants to inhale smoke just toget in. Other than that great service. Read more
