I consider this McDonald's sort of messy. Once you're inside it's hard to tell if you're exiting or entering the restaurant.... ordering and receiving mixed together like a soup. However the personnel is very polite and the service is often fast. Read more
Good food but slow service. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a medium sprite , no Ice. Countless people ordered after me and left... before me and they got food. The supervisor here need to be fired and the staff changed. Read more
Everything is alright, except homeless always at the front door, they are opening and closing door for all customers and... everytime asking for money, but problem is if the customers don't give them money they verbally assault them. I work 5 days in aweek, eat every day in this place, homeless verbally assaulted me several times. Read more
I have mixed reviews on this location. Sometimes the service is fast and sometimes the service is extremely slow. There are... lists at this location if you?re paying with debit or credit card. The restaurant is clean. I do think customer service canbe improved. Sometimes the staff are playing around with one another to much instead of fixing orders. Had the most disgusting experience ever. I ordered a snack wrap and it had a roach inside. I honestly wanted to cry because I... had already eat most of the snack wrap. I?ve never threw up so bad. This is insane. How or why was there a roach on somethingthat?s supposed to be made as soon as you order it. Never eating Mc Donald?s ever again, don?t matter where it?s from. Read more
This location is fairly new within the mini mall, I've only been here maybe a hand full of times and it was all during the... breakfast time of the day. Its pretty small yet modernize with touch screen kiosks where at times end up out of order, orderinfo screen, and table carry like you see at a Panera Bread. Its clean, organized, and has a customer restroom. Every time Ivisited for breakfast the place is busy with lines... but thats expected during breakfast rush hour. Staff is straight to thepoint and look as if they do not want to be there. You get a panhandler walking in every now and then going around asking peopleto spare them change while another is at the door, opening it for you hoping to get something outta you. All this goes on and Ihave yet to see Management do anything about it. So I prefer to take my food out. This place is ok, just needs minorimprovements on these situations. Read more
