Leo was amazing! Very nice but there was this girl working with him and she was so rudeeeee! She was disrespecting Leo and was... not helping at all. She does not deserve this job! I hope the employer or owner sees this review and talks to this employee. Theamount of disrespect is not fair to us the customers and especially her fellow co worker. Their coffee is always good. And when they make my order it's on point. I love that very much. The place is nice, clean. That's... a plus. But I think they need help with the crowd meaning more staff on shift, of taking orders and serving the ones in thestore, then dealing with the drive-thru. Because its a line during rush hr in the store. I know their is a pandemic but rushhour time the line is technically almost out the door. But its a nice starbucks. Read more
Was here today(03/22/21) at around 1-2pm and was honestly so off put by the piss poor customer service and choice of... conversation I had to explain to the young lady while I understand you?re upset for being short staffed I as customer don?t wantto hear about you having to close the store bc there isn?t enough coverage, further more I definitely don?t want my coffee beingmade by someone with an attitude. Drinks are made good but their customer service and their attitude is mediocre. One or 2 are cool, but the rest not so much.... It?s unfortunate and shouldn?t be acceptable. As a former starbucks employee myself (Rockefeller plaza), we should hold highregards to customers and ensure they are happy with our performance. This Starbucks it's insane, I just came from there and it took more than 10 minutes to place a order due to the staff is... engaged in conversation with 3 staff from target for 10 minutes and the people behind me left due to the wait time. I don'tknow if the person who attended me was a manager or regular employee but if this is the way they conduct business I can'timagine when target is full of costumer and want to buy something to eat at this Starbucks location.
