I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I had not been to Taco Bell in a very long time and was craving it. My daughter... and I decided to stop by this drive through. I hadn?t been to TB in a while so I needed a little extra help with a few things.The individual who took my order was inpatient and sarcastic to say the least. Which made my answers to her short. I wasthinking as I approached to pay I should just leave but because my daughter was hungry I stayed. I drove up gave my creditcard, then the oddest thing happen. The cashier which I found out later who?s name is Amelia told me to move my car back out ofthe range and sight of the window. I should?ve asked why but did as I was told. I waited at the window for 10 mins even thoughthere was no cars ahead of me and I was the ONLY one at the drive through that day. Matter of fact the restaurant had hardlyanyone inside. I was then asked to drive up a few feet to get me order. I was given it with an air of an attitude. We went homeand had our dinner an hour and half later I was violently throwing up. I ended up in the ER with food poisoning. My daughter wasnot nauseous but not as sick as o was. I plan on filing a formal complaint and have all the necessary numbers for higher up forthat Taco Bell. Thank goodness that gut feeling I had during my experience told me called when we were driving off and got themanager on shift that day Salina and she provided the GM?s Lisa information. If I only knew things were about to get worst forme by eating there. DO NOT GO TO THAT TACO BELL! I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and drove off when dealing withAmealia?s attitude when taking my order. There were so many complaints when I came to the reviews. Taco bell is my favorite restaurant. This location just messes up orders all the time. Frequently missing items, modifications... are almost always wrong, very long wait times when there are few people ordering. For example, if you order at the kiosk andswap meat on a single item for chicken, prepare to check your entire order to make sure its not all chicken. They usually forgetthe side taco on combos as well if you order more than a single combination, so check for every single item before driving awayfrom the window. Currently at drivethru. The worker that took my order was so dismissive and rude. Spoke so low when I asked for her to repeat... what she had said she literally signed them repeated. Customer service is not what is practiced here. So now after gettingmy order I was missing an item and I requested hot and mild sauce she told me she only had mild but in my bag there was hotsauce. Like who really monitor the employees in establishments like this especially when a lot of reviews are so negative. Read more
this place is horrible!! i loveee taco bell. i would give all taco bells 5/5. but this place was disgusting- i would give it -1... stars. the food was moved around on the bare counter with their hands. the service was terrible, the woman was so rude. my momwas sick afterward and developed something on her mouth. there was green stuff on the food. First, I came after work late night6/26/22 1230am looking to get something quick. The location lights was off on the outside... and inside.. There was no indication if it was open. Once I realize that they were taking orders; there was a very faint malevoice asking for my order. I placed my order and of course they don't have the toasted chuipula or much of anything else. I goto pay for my order and I'm handed a bag with missing items in a hurried manner. I alerted the young man and he turned and asked me, then another employee what was missing . They say oh and handed me what I thought were my missing items. When I get home,it's made wrong.. Something must be done to get better service and correct mistakes such as these.. Specifically told the order taker that "NO MEAT" STILL .... chunks of meat were in there. There was a religious reason why it... was being substituted. Tried calling..... call was not picked up either. So disappointing Read more
Worst experience ever!!! Will never go back to Taco Bell ever again!!! When worker was going through my food order he opened up... and touched tacos with his bare hands after he just finished mopping and sweeping the restaurant without washing his hands! WhenI brought up the issue he thought "it was not a big deal and I need to chill" I literally puked in my mouth???????????? I do nottrust then to make my food and with my health.
