This is the most terrible Taco Bell ever, very unprofessional. The manager last night was more concerned with her conversation... than actually taking care of the orders. I waited 25 minutes for only two Quesadillas and Doritos locos tacos. They took thetime to fill up the nacho cheese before completing my order because I complained about the slow wait. The two fat girls (onemanager, one worker) were mean. There was a gentleman there that was at least trying to make the order although he took hisprecious little time he wasn?t as unpleasant. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow. It literally took them a half hour to make my order. And the... place was empty. The cashier refuses to take orders and makes everyone use the kiosk. It's as if the people here have never evenbeen to a Taco Bell. Absolutely clueless. Staff on their phones. Terrible. Avoid. No point of ordering online and come here to get it. I still need to wait in line and go to counter.. and they will pull order... that time and give to staff to prepare food. And we need to wait about 15 mins to get our food. Never seen any where. I wentback again after 10 mins still they are not ready with order... so over all I ended up with 30 mins of wait. Supposed to pick upat 6.18 p.m now its 7.03 p.m and they are not ready with order yet. Who ever owns this place... keep up this work... GOOD JOB. Read more
I wait one hour for my order and then they said that they don?t have the chicken that I want, they have terrible service
So unsatisfying! No crunch in my Crunch wrap. I ordered a meal with hard tacos, but got soft tacos. No Ice in the machine,... nor seltzer in any of the soda options. So sad that the service does not match the beautiful decor. Read more
