Staff takes too long to get food ready because they are chatting up. Howver, the bathroom was decent and food is good.
I gave zero star if I could. The manager of the store is extremely unprofessional , inefficient and rude. She yelled at me very... angrily and then completely ignored me when I asked her very politely to give me her name or when I can talk to the managerabove her. I'm am missing two burgers from my order and it's not the first time I'm missing something from my order. Since I got a delivery... from this place there's wasn't much I could do but talk to Doordarsh customer support. The worst part, they don't answer theirphone calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Stole my money! I placed an online order with no problem. But I get to the store to find only the drive... thru is open. So I wait on line for 15 minutes at the drive thru for them to tell me they won?t give me my food if I don?t havea vehicle. So I file a complaint on the Wendy?s website and then 2 weeks later some manager emails me and says to get a refundfor my food that they refused to give me, I have to come into the store and talk to a manager. My family lives no more than 3 blocks from this place. I think I've been in it maybe less than 10 times. This was back in the... early 80's when they actually had a salad bar. Today I went in and ordered lunch. A $5 combo special. Everything was fresh andhot and I enjoyed it. Surprised me though how small the double stack was. It was just a little bit bigger than one of thoseburgers from W.C. that everyone 'Craves'. It was a good lunchtime meal for the price. Read more
