This place is seriously disgusting. It's 5pm and the staff can't get a simple order right. A $5 biggie bag suppose to come... witha drink, fries, sandwich and chicken nuggets that's it. 2 orders with no nuggets. I ordered a big beacon classic combo nobeacon I should have took a picture the way this sandwich look. it's unbelievable how you think because your store is locatedin an area as 149th and 3rd ave you treat everyone the same. I will not be eating here again. All those 5 stars are fake ashell. Either get new management or new staff. You can get better food in the shelter then at this Wendy's. Read more

Their double bacon burger is a banger with the medium strawberry shake. ???? I wished it wasn't a pit stop based restaurant at... third Avenue. Love the traditional sit and eat. But overall food was fresh hot and delicious. Read more

I?ve visited this location twice within 2 weeks. The staff at the location were very friendly. The first time I visited this... location the service was fast I received my order in less than 5 minutes. However, when I arrived to my destination, Irealized I was missing fries from my order. The food was very good and fresh. The second time I visited the location I wasable to place my order rather quickly. However, it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. When I did receive it, Ichecked the bag to be sure I had all my items especially since I was missing items last time. I?m glad I did check the bagbecause I was missing my baked potato, chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks. Once I received the missing food items, I still hadto wait for my drinks which took another 5-10 minutes. I was highly disappointed with the service and food this time around. The buns were hard and the baked potato was over cooked. At the store, the Kisok was available which only accepts cards. Youcan also order at the register and pay with cash or card. The store needs to improve on their system when the store getscrowded because the wait time was way too long. Read more
