Food was good but the play area is still shut down. Apparently Covid ONLY spreads in the play area and not the dining... area....Ha! They said Cooperate still hasn't approved them to open it and they don't have the staff to clean it. Very friendlystaff that they do have. Read more
Went this morning and waited until 6 am for them to open up so I pulled up a few after 6 to drive through and no one was at... intercom so I waited patiently and then at 6:15 the employee pulls up to work and I ask if she?s open and she said ?give us 15minutes please sir?.. So I waited around for nothing and would of had to wait until 6:30? Why does it say you open at 6 then?!Doesn?t make sense I?m just really tired of these places not honoring their hours of operation.. The employees are always very nice in spite of the staffing shortages. I have always gotten my orders correctly and I gotta... give them kudos for putting up with some of the rude entitled people they have to deal with. I do wish this location was openlater, but understand due to staffing shortages . Read more
This is my favorite burger King. I know it's been hard during covid and they always make great stuff!! Same great crew.
Ordered 2 whopper meals through Drive-Thru. Once I received my order I kindly asked for Ranch like I have been at this location... for years. The employee told me I had to pay for it. I thought he had misheard me so I asked for it again and he said I had topay for it. I told him why? I told him I visit this location regularly then he proceeded to tell me that the sauces only comefree with the BK Chicken Fries (?????). I got a free coupon from T-Mobile to try the Impossible Burger. I ordered it online through the app to pick it up. I did... customize it to be plain with cheese bacon, ketchup and onions only but when received there was no bacon but a ton ofmayo,pickles, on there (Which I did not ask for, I ended up scrapping it all off and adding what was missing with food from myown home). The burger wasn't really that bad (Especially after I fixed it). The service however was sooooo slow I was insidewaiting for a good 10-15 mins to even get my 1st part of my order. Myself and 2 other ladies were waiting for our onlineorders. The front counter lady never asked to help me but took care of an old guy that just jumped in front of us. I tried toget her attention but she was no help ( I think she might be new or overwhelmed). Another younger lady walked by and ask to helpme which I appreciated though.I Read more
Flame grilled burgers. Typical fast food. Service is spotty, sometimes very slow. Orders are not always correct. This is not a... one time observation, but rather across many visits. Ample parking, easy access, usually not a line inside or drive thru thoughit does have some peaks. The whopper is customizable which is a good option for picky eaters. Breakfast options are highcalorie. I like the croissanwich. For a meal on the go at a decent price, this is a good option when looking for something tofill your belly. Read more
