This location constantly messes up orders. Unfortunately, it's the only one in the area. I've had issues with mobile orders more... than any other method. Most recently, they charged me for my mobile order (because they couldn't find it) AND the one I placedonce I arrived when they couldn't find the mobile order. The whole time, my original order was sitting on the side becausesomeone marked it as picked up when it wasn't... Once I figured it out for them, they tried to give me the cold food that hadbeen sitting out. SMH. If I go 5 times a month, they mess up my order 3 out of the 5 times. I've never had this issue at anyother location. Management really needs to retrain the employees at this location. It's an embarrassment to the chain. Read more
Second time I had issues with this chick fil a, ironically with mobile orders too. First time I was asked to pulled forward to a... parking spot and waited a bit over 10 minutes, when I walked in to ask about my order my order was waiting at the drive thruwindow so they forgot because they were attending other people who pulled into parking spots. Second time, my bf orders me asalad with no cheese. We get home and there?s cheese. So I proceed to drive back, 10 min drive and was ask to show receipt andgive salad back. Needles to say I rather go to any other chick fil a, this location had 2 mistakes within 6 weeks from mobileorders which I feel like it?s pretty easy and straight forward to read no cheese. Read more
These guys are always right on the ball. Regardless of how long the line gets, it always moves fast, the staff are super... friendly, the order is right, and the food is hot. Consistency has become difficult to find in the past-pandemic fast foodworld. So I can't express how much I appreciate the fact these guys have remained consistently on top of their game. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A but for once got my order wrong. Still a great meal, but why more pickles when I requested no pickles? You... did great adding extra salt and giving me a bendie straw. But more pickles on a no pickle sandwich? 9/10 will recommend. Read more
If you?re looking for a Chick-fil-a that makes you pay more for less chicken. This is the right Chick-fil-a for you. I recently... became a regular at this location and I'm very disappointed with the quality of service I receive. Most of the time I order thegrilled chicken sandwich and I've been unsatisfied with my grilled sandwich. It looks like they cut their chicken in half. Ishouldn't have to order the original chicken sandwich for a good portion of chicken. I understand that its not always going tobe perfect.
