Today is March24,2022 it's now 8:08 pm I'm guessing drivers are allowed to give themselves tips off of my account without my... consent. Gm isn't there but 2nd shift manager has the nerve to say that what they were supposed to do. I just wanna say I used to work at this establishment so I know how hard it can be. I?m also a manager at another franchise and... I can recognize good stores when I see them. This store has always been top tier. It terms of customer service, food quality,and delivering! I know it's tough to run a very busy business. However, this location has been good to me. The pizza is fresh and fast. Delivery... is prompt too. The issues I've experienced with a bad pizza here or there (cut in a square opposed to triangle, or no extrasauce when it was requested) they made it right. I ordered a pizza today and picked it up. Unfortunately the pizza had verylittle sauce when I asked for extra sauce. I didn't realize it wasn't right until I got home. I called the store and Katelynput in a fresh order and had it delivered to me. This location goes above and beyond and they have very nice management andemployees. It was 20 minutes before they close at 1:00 in the morning on a Monday night and Mr Logan was the young man that cooked my... pizza. The colony is 23 minutes away from where I'm at and it was very much worse than the drive because the pizza that thatyoung man made was wonderful I've never had Domino's Pizza make me a pizza that good if it was up to me the young man needs araise and at least I had on the back because he did really good! So this is about the 3rd time we've ordered delivery. It's been a couple of months since the last time Everytime our order has... been wrong. We decided to try it tonight and again, our order was wrong. I specifically ordered a thin crust pizza withparmesan Alfredo sauce and 4 veggie toppings and instead I got a thin crust cheese pizza, slightly burnt, with no toppings andmarinara sauce.
