I want to say I?ve been living here for 20+ years now and I truly recommend Pizza Hut if you want to find yummy pizza. I don?t... like making reviews?but I want to say how satisfied I have been by our recent orders. Best Pizza Hut delivery I have ever had. It was fresh, hot and driver very friendly. Definitely recommend.
Fast and friendly service. If you like the Pizza Hut menu, then you should be all set with this location. I usually pick up our... pizza, so I can't comment on delivery services. However I do see that the location is very clean and the people seem to careabout what they do; I appreciate knowing my food is prepared with care! Read more
I did not receive my 2 liter soda that I ordered with my pizza. I would recommend the delivery person double checking to make... sure they have all the items in their order. Otherwise, my pizza and cinnamon buns tastes delicious. Read more
Our experience was not good. The toppings were not what we were expecting. I had so much olives on the pizza it tasted like an... olive only pizza. I had very little onions and mushrooms that I maybe had one piece of each on each pizza and some did not haveany pieces on it. The crust was not "think and crispy" it was floppy. Not a good experience for me. My husband loved hispizza and I have to say the cheesestix were amazing. The order was quick to our door which was nice and the driver was veryfriendly. You know I give honest reviews based on personal experience to better inform my viewers. This Pizza Hut must be a Franchise as... it was not the great experience I normally receive from a TRUE Pizza Hut restaurant. First, my girlfriend ordered a Large 1topping pizza trying to use a $5.99 coupon which expires in April. The cashier couldn't identify which month it expired andcalled the manager who couldn't find it in their system. They explained that it must be for a franchise only to use. It statedit was for Pizza Hut LLC. I gather their restaurant must be a franchise Pizza Hut. I ordered a carry out special only and theycouldn't use my roommate's phone number who has a Pizza Hut account so I had to give them my phone number. 10 minutes later Iwent into the Pizza Hut to see if my order was ready as it showed ready on their screen I inquired if my pizza was ready and wastold no. I waited 3 minutes more and then asked again as the manager came to the front. The manager looked inside the warmer andsaid here is your pizza. She apologized but still my pizza was ready and the employee didn't even know where to look to find it.I highly suggest re-training your employees and considering customer service as a factor when your competitor, Dominos, isliterally 2 blocks away from you. Ordered the pizza at 10 pm on a Thursday night. Received it at 1108. Over an hour! Then the pizza was barely like warm and most... definitely like it had been sitting around. We?ve worked for dominos and know the ins and out.. as well as how it takes 7-9minutes to cook a pizza in those ovens. Google maps shows less than a mile from the store to our door. Will definitely bereaching out to management tomorrow on this. There?s a reason why we haven?t had it in years. Do yourself a favor and take theadvice of other reviews and go elsewhere. Read more
I wanted to give a shout out to Sam who was working the check out 11-12. I went to pick up my carryout order. I'm the type of... person who picks up my food and doesn't check it and gets annoyed later when items are missing. Sam did this for me and no onehas ever done that. He went item by item during my check out to correct the cinnamon buns not having icing and putting thecrushed pepper and parmesan containers in the bag that were missing. My order ended up perfect and that extra step of checkingwas everything. Read more
