August 30, Kids split between Popeyes and KFC ,Chose Popeyes for the Distance, driving into the parking lot onto the... Drive-Through. Where you can only See the whatever Specials adds ONLY on the side windows. { We usually get the chicken onlyDeal. None on the Side ,,Ok then ,,Non special on Chicken only today. I ordered 8 pieces . for a list price of around 19-20.The person couldn't or acted like he couldn't hear or Understand. { Mix Mild/Original } .. So he said : Drive to the window! HeNOW,, See who's his customer (with accent????????). He confirmed the order. asked me to pull ahead until they get the orderready!! Then he brought out the order.. ??NOW,, Driving out the drive thru,, I could see the front Windows Where's a Special add11 pieces for some $$$14-15$$$. I got that feeling of cheated, Stupid, Taking advantage of ????????????????,[ *My experience asan X owner of Pizza Parlor, First thing first Suggesting to Customers your Specials.* KFC offered me senior C. I ordered online to pick up but they closed the door forcing me to go to drive through. What's the point of ordered pick up?... Not understandable at all I recently tried here and still they have no idea what they do. And the fried chicken tasted like ithad been there for long time. It was too dry hard to eat. Laughable. This place is a joke. Tenders are different sizes and charged 11 bucks for a meal that looks smaller than a kids... meal. Service was ridiculous. I can?t believe I used the term service in this review because there wasn?t any. How does anindividual keep their job if this is the product they are putting out. I can easily see why this location has a 3 star rating. The people are mean. I walked into the store I wanted a kids meal. The... kids meal only come with a leg or tender. I wanted a wing. The cashier said, "NO!" I asked her why I always substitute the legfor a wing no problem. She went asked the Manager she said,"No." I thought you guys was in business to make money yet you tellthe customer no when you could have simply up charged from a leg to wing which is not that much in price difference.
