The people there are super nice so I hesitate to even leave a review but the breakfast burrito is like $5 and really gross. It's... just a pre-packaged microwave burrito that's soggy, too much tortilla, and just doesn't taste good. The coffee is also justokay. Super nice staff tho, still left a tip as everyone should!! That?s it! Been coming here everyday and spending $15 each day for well over a year. There is a guy that works opening shifts in... the morning right now that makes our experience unpleasant about 75% of the time. From not getting the business open until wellafter 6 AM, to not serving hot coffee (not even luke warm), to not honoring the customer loyalty app program, to spilling hotcoffee on us when handing drinks thru the window, he?s done it all. We have complained to management, per his own recommendationactually, and something still happens at least once a week. Thank goodness Dunkin? Donuts just opened across the street. I willnot continue to come to this location I have tried so hard to support. So disappointing and bad enough business to write thisreview. Oh, and the coffee?s never consistent in flavor either. The best coffee with the nicest staff j have ever seen in a coffee shop! They are the highlight of my morning on my way to... work!!! I have a complicated order and they always get it cortex and are so kind to me about it. While other Scooters locationshave great coffee, the staff in this location are so wonderful I will go out of my way to stop by this location! Read more
This was my firrst time getting scooters. I alwas drove past it and decided to finaly try it. Got a medium brewed coffee and... latte this morning. Menu was easy to read and the prices were great. The guy at the window was super nice! I love the littlesticker they put on the cups and how they labeled my drinks without even having to ask. Definitely getting scooters again! Read more
First off, the gorgeous lady taking our order was a hoot! We have never been to Scooters before and asked what's popular. She... went over some items with so much character, laughed with us, mainly about the need for caffeine and made the drive thruordering experience perfectly splendid! And let me tell you, her recommendation is the best blended coffee I have ever had. Shesaid she was experimenting with fall flavors and wanted to give us a "carmelicious fall mystery" and highly encouraged thelarge with an extra shot of espresso. The service was great. The young lady was very friendly. The coffee was a bit of a disappointment. It tasted mostly like milk.... They need to add a bit more espresso. I even requested it dry. I would definitely need an extra shot added if I return. Read more
I didn?t want to write a review but I called 4 times and got no response. My sister went to get 3 iced alternative drinks and... waited 15 minutes before it was her turn. When she got the drinks, they were all made hot. She told them they were supposed tobe iced, they were remade but with whole milk. They had whipped cream on them as well. We are all lactose intolerant. 6 drinksall made wrong. We have to go to the airport and couldn?t afford to spend more than the 30 minutes it already took, but I?m gladwe recognized they were made with whole milk before my sister drank it and got on her flight. Like I said, if I had just gottena response I wouldn?t care to write a review-but this is ridiculous amount of trouble for a few lattes. We are daily regularsbut almost every day this week there has been an issue with my experience here. Read more
