I'm really not a fan of Studio Movie Grill but my wife loves their cheese fries. I will say service has greatly improved for... this franchise because they used to forget giving us utensils and would take forever with our food but all that has changed.They are quick with service now. This movie experience is great! Especially with small children. You can arrive right at the start of the movie and no waiting in... long lines for popcorn afraid you’re going to miss the beginning of the show! The service was fantastic. This was our firstexperience so we arrive before the show time and a server came right away and took care of us. The food came out very quicklyand the server responded when we pushed the call button fast each time. Everything was wonderful about the experience. Themovie time was actually the start fo the previews which were on for about 15 min before the movie. We definitely will show up alittle later next time as small kids don’t have enough patience to wait 15-25 min for a movie to start. Read more
This is our family’s go-to theater, and we have been going weekly this summer. It’s always been a positive experience until... this past Friday 7/8. I forgot my debit card at home so was paying for our food and drinks with cash. When I placed the initialorder, the server asked for cash right away which I didn’t have an issue with. The total was $39.78 (plus or minus a fewcents), and I gave her $40 since the total already includes the 18% service charge. The server mentioned she would be returningwith my receipt and change, but she did not. We placed another order during the movie, and the exact same thing happened. Onlythis time, they shorted me a couple of dollars and still no receipt. The whole experience just put a really bad taste in mymouth and felt shady….if this is how cash payments are handled, “smart” servers could pocket quite a bit of extra moneyevery shift as long as no one speaks up. I love the food and drinks here as well as the fast service most of the time. I can only give it 3 stars though. Every time we... want to eat and watch, we have to choose another place even though the food is better at SMG. We go elsewhere because the seatsjust arent comfy. Everywhere has comfy reclining seats nowadays. Also, the bathrooms are almost always gross and in desperateneed of attention. Read more
I don't care for the theater seat with a tray table setup. It is more distracting than it is worth. The food was pretty good,... but the overall experience isn't worth it. And the movie screen was tiny. I can get a better experience with my tv at home. Read more
The first time going to this location with my husband.. Seats were comfortable but definitely older theater. The food is not... worth the price, I was comp which is why I'm glad we didn't have to pay the high price. (They took an hour to give us foodbecause our food was given to someone else.) We barely got any refills but once. I wouldn't recommend this location. Read more
Intimate setting with food served at your seat. A super awesome concept , the food choice is good too. The drinks are huge with... refill . The UK should offer a service like this , it would be amazing Read more
Twice now we've bought tickets that lead to seats with broken recliners. Came to the matinee today to discover they are out of... the two menu items we wanted - coconut shrimp and the strawberry avocado salad (and they are also out of macaroni and cheese,but that didn't impact us). I just don't understand the $25 price tag on tickets when we can't get working chairs or the food wespecifically came here for. Read more
