We received coupon sheet in the mail and both stores in The Colony are NOT honoring them.

I was given an attitude by an employee (the older man with an accent) at this location because I placed a pickup order and the... sandwiches looked absolutely awful. I was so upset I went back and asked politely to have one remade and the man behind thecounter was giving me and attitude and telling me that there?s nothing wrong with the sandwich when it looked absolutelyhorrific and instead of remaking the sandwich like I asked I was met with serious attitude and push back. I brought the sandwichback in and expressed that it didn?t meet my standards and that should have been enough to get the sandwich I paid for! Iordered two, the meatball sub looked awful as well but I mainly wanted my turkey sub. When I went in person he made it fine buthe clearly doesn?t care about making pickup orders look good. very upset at this interaction because I am very respectful toservice workers and did not deserve this disrespect! Him getting aggravated at me for simply wanting a remake was absolutelyunprofessional and uncalled for because it is your job to make sure the sandwiches are made up to standards. Whenever I go inperson they are made just fine but it?s clear to me that the people at this location will make your to go order incorrectly andabsolutely sloppy. Look.. I have empathy, I have been on the other side working in food service, maybe he's having a hard time,everyone is, but I can't be responsible for reactions when I simply wanted an issue rectified. subway is the worst company. Today I went to 2 different locations here in the Colony and neither would accept THEIR OWN company... coupons. This is ridiculous! Why send the coupons out in the mail in this area if the locations here won't take them? Are wesupposed to call each and every location to see which one will honor the coupons? I had no idea because I'm a new customer. I'mjust trying to get lunch at a decent price after paying such high prices for gas the past couple of weeks. So I got on thephone and called Jimmy John's and told them my situation and asked if they accept competitors' coupons. The manager said No, buthe told me if I come over to his location on Paige, that he would just give me a sandwich for the trouble that subway caused metoday. I went into Jimmy John's in tears. I was so grateful that I left them the money I would have paid at subway as a tip.subway is such an ugly company but the manager Cole at Jimmy John's on Paige in the Colony is an Angel and he has me as acustomer for life. I don't think it's ethical for subway to send out coupons to get people in their stores and they have NOintention of honoring the coupons. That's the lowest of low. Read more

First off they don?t accept coupons which was a downer. Then the staff was nonverbal so was like talking to the dead. When I got... my sandwich home and I did not have barely anything on it, all the stuff fell out of it because it was poorly made. This is notthe first time I?ve had a bad experience here and it seems it keeps getting worse and worse. I highly recommend going to adifferent sub shop because this place obviously doesn?t care about its customers or it?s quality in food. Read more

I?ve been coming to this subway for at least three years to pick up for my boss and never had a problem until the last two time.... Andre made my sandwich both times and both times there was a problem. Tonight he burnt my sandwich and then said that?s how it?ssupposed to look. He needs some training on customer service because he argued with me when I ask him to redo my sandwich. # 1rule in customer service is the customer is always right. I?m paying for my food I should get it how I want it ....not burnt. Read more

Whoever made my sandwich today for lunch at 12:16pm must have went to culinary school. Each bite was perfectly equalized with... every ingredient i customized my sandwich with. The art, the rhythm, the soul, the love.. I tasted it all! I ain?t had a subwaysandwich taste that good since 06?. This evening I placed an order through the app and I accidentally ordered an extra sandwich. I called immediately and was... advised that I needed to call corporate, online it specifically says that the restaurant needs to cancel the order. When I wentinto the store the man insisted that I had to call corporate. He then told me that they don't get paid for the sandwiches thatare ordered online, which is an outright lie. I tried to show him the website and finally advised him that I needed proof thatthe order was voided. The moment he voided the order in order to provide me a receipt I received an email advising me the orderwas canceled and my pending transaction disappeared from my account. I will not return here due to the dishonesty(because whowould believe that the store doesn't get paid for online orders that's a huge lie) and the fact that he advised me he hadalready voided my order and it obviously was not until I insisted on proof.
