What a great surprise while we're waiting on Nebraska furniture Mart to open. This place is obviously underrated and not very... busy and I have no idea why it should be packed out the door. Right from the get-go they seat you immediately and are sofriendly and actually act like they want to meet every one of your needs. The food came out very fast. I got the meat loverskillet and it was delicious. I probably could have eaten more. The pancakes are the kind that you can smell as they sit themdown at the table... light and fluffy with that little bit of crispiness on the edges. Very quaint breakfast diner. Nice friendly service. The staff are A1+ and honest. I drop a $20 on the table before leaving my... seat to go to the restroom, but when I returned the check was still there but the $20 wasn't. I looked around and couldn'tfigure out what happened. The young male staff came and took a look around & it had fallen underneath the booth seat. Now hecould've easily been dishonest and after I left while he was cleaning the table picked it up. I truly appreciate the honestyhere as well as the food! And look at this vegetarian skillet. ( I had a cheat on here with regular egg) but added the A1 andthe Chula hot sauce this skillet was cooked to perfection LOL look at the proof. Read more
Sunview Cafe is my go-to breakfast spot if I want a delicious traditional diner experience. The food has the yummy homemade... taste and the restaurant is always impeccably clean! Country cooking in the heart of a city is hard to find. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere homey, and the food! ????We... couldn?t have picked a better place to eat before continuing our road trip! The food was exceptional. Everything was deliciousand I swear they have an ?in? on chickens producing double yolks! You will not find a better place for breakfast, brunch, orlunch around. I went before 9 AM and had a delightful breakfast. It was a good amount of food it looked perfect and it tasted very good. I... appreciate being able to choose from a list of sides and get a side like fruit instead of potatoes sometimes. The coffee wasgood, was kept filled, and they had multiple individual portioned flavored creamers on the table. The food came out really fasttoo. The team that was there were all very nice. Read more
This place is Amazing. About 6 of us showed up for a brunch style meal. We were sat within 5 minutes. The waitstaff worked as a... team to get our order out and they were very friendly and always seemed happy to help each other. Our food arrived quickly, hotand prepared to our requests. It looked so good and tasted even better. I forgot to take pictures until everyone had startedeating. Notice my grits didn't make the picture. Lovely diner! I always enjoy visiting this place with my coworkers or alone over the past year when I'm in the area. The staff... (Yasmin &Shelly) and owners( Lume and Naim) are so welcoming, polite, quality ingredients, great selection of fresh breakfast orlunch options.
