I don't even think I have any pictures of the food. I was so disgusted. It literally wasn't warm, they got the order wrong and... this was not the first or second time visiting this particular location and then getting the order wrong. Didn't give anynapkins or sauces and the food didn't even taste good. I was so frustrated that I even spent my money yet again, but it's closeto where I live and we had just come from the hospital. I wish I could say that this was a one-time fluke, but unfortunatelythird time was not the charm. And the customer service was not the greatest. So hopefully they'll get it together.??????????????? Drive through was long so I decided to go inside, as i was kinda limited on time and all I wanted was a bean burrito and a... sprite. The young lady working the window and the inside registers was very apologetic to me as I was waiting. While her managerwalked back in from break and proceeded to walk to the office and sit down to scroll the internet during dinner rush the younglady yelled out to her [manager] for help but to no avail, the young lady put on some gloves and jumped on the line to helpout. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. I just find it absolutely ridiculous that themanager took her papa John's leftovers into the office and sat there while her staff was very very busy. Do better. This location seems to not be able to serve food recently. I have tried twice in the last few weeks to go through the drive... through. The first time, the lady let me know that the systems were down and it would take 15-20 minutes. I opted to not orderanything and just drove through. The second time, the drive through line was around the building. This time, no one was moving.We waited for 40 minutes, then eventually all reversed back through the drive through entrance and left. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ridiculous wait times, with or without a crowd. I get it, when it's busy the kitchen is... slammed. I waited over an hour for my order last night and was only able to leave when the cars behind me also decided it wasn'tworth the wait. The cashier practically yelled at me and gave no remedy to the situation. The car in front of me with a $12order sat at the window for nearly 30 minutes. I haven't complained about the many orders where food was wrong (after payingextra), or missing completely as I have worked in customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. I was debating on even leaving a review but this was quite possibly one of the WORST fast food experiences I?ve ever had. We... pulled up and sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to even say ?one second? and when someone finally did say helloand we started to order she was extremely rude and stand-offish. We tried to order two of the new menu items and she had no ideawhat we were even talking about even though it was on their menu. She was sort of rushing us to order too, talking over us andat one point yelled at us asking who was talking in the background (it was my boyfriend talking to me.) We pulled up to thewindow to pay and get our food and waited at least 10 minutes with cars starting to pile behind us. Drinks came first andneither one tasted good: the lemonade tasted watery, like the syrup needed to be changed, and the Baja blast freeze was subparas well. We FINALLY received our food and hot sauces haphazardly thrown into the bag, and pulled over to inspect and see if we?dgotten everything correctly. I don?t know if she misheard me or what, but two of the items we?d asked for were totally incorrector missing and we couldn?t even look at a receipt to confirm what we?d ordered because she hadn?t given us one. The items wereWAY overloaded with cheese and lettuce, and my boyfriend had asked for no tomatoes on one of his items and there were tomatoeson all of his items. It's a good taco place thay always get my order correct. The people are nice and the place is clean.
This Taco Bell always has issues with making food. How do you not cut a quesadilla? Go to Braum?s next door instead.
