Had issues with my order , called manger gave me free meal on my hole order went to pick it up about 3-4 days later now it's a... problem .... Be sure to get mangers name an whatever u need. To do to be sure ur not looked at like u lieing an trying to get afree meal especially if your African American, seriously. Great customer service but... They water down the dressings! It was like dipping your wings in straight water.. no flavor and... the dressing didn't even stick to the wings! I accidentally tipped a a container over and it spilled everywhere and that's alsohow i know the dressing was watered down. Booooooooo!! Not cool ???????? Read more

Placed an order at 2pm for a 5pm pickup. Show up at 4:50 and they said it's not ready, which is fine because I was there early.... However, they said it'd take 18 minutes to prepare the order. I go back to the register and say that if they haven't startedthe order (they hadn't) to just cancel it. One of the workers became defensive and said "It's 4:52, the order was set for 5pm". Let's do the math - If it's 4:52, and they haven't started the order, and it'll take 18 minutes to prepare, then that meansit's still going to be 10 minutes late. The fact that 3 of the workers in the kitchen area were standing around doing nothingwas icing on the cake. 3 hours in advance wasn't enough for wingstop to prepare an order on time. Read more

We ordered the 30 pack bone in pack and we literally thought it was a joke when we opened the box. Original hot and they were so... dry. No flavor and almost no sauce at all. No point of getting wings, might as well have ordered chicken strips ??????????? Read more
Wings and things if you know what I meaaaaan! I love wings and although wing stop isn?t my favorite I just love to order the bbq... extra crispy wings! Now those are the TRUTH!
