Great pizza but employees don't know what they are doing and they're totally confused when it comes to stores policies
Horrible dominos experience. They messed up and I asked them about it. They got extremely mad at me and threatened to call the... cops. They kept my food and kicked me out. Lol. A little disappointed that my order lacked the butter and garlic on my pizza and bread bowl. And that you guys used ham instead... of bacon on my cheesy BACON and jalapeño bread. Really lucky I am giving you a 3 star rating, messed up on 3 of 3 items.... Read more
Good pizza good delivery time... ordered 6 ranch they sent me 6 icing... called they said they would send the ranch right away... it's been 45 mins and the domino's is maybe 10 mins away in traffic hours.. guess I'll pack the pizza away and eat it from themic tomorrow... threw away the one that was busted open Read more
The store has been going down hill fast in the 3 years I have lived here! For one, does anyone have control over the butter or... grease? Like literally, all the pizzas and other items are so drenched with butter/grease that eating it will cost you at least,a year off your life! I understand they add a bit to some crust, but if I didn?t order that why is my pizza soaked in it on thebottom? And do not get me started on the delivery drivers or the manager! All are rude, and unable to be accountable for theirrole in this establishment! No one will pay you a 10$ tip after paying that ridiculously priced delivery fee! So acting out onmy door step is just asinine, and a tip is given for good service! I waited an hour and half, when called store the lady saidthey delivered my order! Then where is it? I get hung up on, and then upon my attitude starting to show its ugly head, I?m toldit was delivered to another location (other side of town)! No one called, no one said sorry or offered me my money back! Twohours later from last call, I get my pizza! Burnt, covered in butter/grease and not at all what I wanted! Placed a delivery order and received a call 30 minutes later that they could not deliver to my address. They have delivered to... this address multiple times in the past. Unfortunately dominoes is my last resort so everything else was closed by the time Iknew I wasn?t going to get my pizza. The least they could have done was deliver it to apologize for making me wait. Well this is the second time I have come in to order food and the have got it wrong....oh yeah and I just got 86ed because I was... rude the last time I came in but he's saying the crew members tried saying that I said something I didn't and so he 86ed me forit I would not recommend Domino's to anybody, update 10/24/21 just got some wings and we'll thought that I was missing a wingwe'll come to find out that there quality control is not top priority Read more
