They were super busy so service was a little slow but very friendly. Loved how everyone pitched in and made sure our drinks... were filled and if we wanted more chips. We got the carne asada. My sister and I were staying in a nearby hotel for the weekend and needed to find some dinner after a long day at a craft fair.... I saw this place on Google maps and so we decided to try it out. Within a few seconds of being seated we had a huge basket ofhot chips and salsa. The staff was on point with refills and the food was excellent. We had a little mix up with an enchilada(ordered chicken but got steak) and they were so kind, they gave us an enchilada to take back with us. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. The waitress was absent. The margaritas did not have tequila or if they did we could not taste it.... My husband's tortilla soup was basically chicken, cilantro and warm water. My enchiladas had no flavor as well. I have lived allover and have tried authentic Mexican food. First visit to real Mexican food outlet and it was fabulous ????

We loved this restaurant.service was amazing and the tamales were fantastic! They bring a chopped Mexican veggie item with the... salsa and chips. So good! They were so kind and sent us on our way with extra chips for our leftovers. We will be back everytime we roll through the Dallas. Read more

Driving through the down. We called a couple of minutes before closing (9pm) in attempt to place a pick up order (we were across... the street at the market). We didn?t realized almost everything in town closed at 9pm.. Rubi answered the phone; she was superfriendly and said they were still open and could eat there. Excellent news for us. She provided great food recommendations. Themolcajete was delicious!!! Oh and the horchata was sooo good. The rest of the staff were nice too. The bathrooms were superclean.
