There's no point ordering from Pizza Hut if you have to throw away your order because it's too cold and unsafe to eat. My order... took over an hour to reach me and it was cold and incorrect. They used a service to deliver,, and my dinner was not in a warmerbag. I'm also tired of ordering with contactless delivery and having someone in my face when I open my door. It's a simpleconcept, but the Hut, just can't seem to understand it. Lastly, i hate their tip calculator. I am not going to tip on the $6delivery fee. When you choose a custom tip it shows you are tipping far below the customary norm. I guess they're attempting toguilt you into a higher tip. Read more
Ordered 1 single pizza and it took almost 2 hours to even reach my house. When i talked to them about it some slow lady said... they transferred my order to doordash? And I should have gotten a confirmation code. Why is this a thing and why doesn't someonecall. 40 bucks for 1 pizza and it takes 2 hours and 18 minutes and the slow lady hangs up on me. I called and ordered a pizza they were out of everything except super thin crust told me 30 minutes I called them back in 70... minutes and asked if they were coming the girl was super rude and said they're out of dough and she doesn't know what to tell menever will we eat there again!!!!! The customer service was pushy and rude! I tried to placed a order online but it wouldn't load. In the past the savings has been... honored if i called in and ordered while the online was down. When i told this the the lady on the phone she cut me off and putme on hold and then when she got back on the phone she basically stated i was lying! This was rude and uncalled for. Come tofind out it was the assistant manager, she needs to learn customer service skills and patience! Read more
