Very busy place. Lots in drive through and about 5 sets of customers inside. Big Blue won't fit in the drive through so I went... in. Ordered a big crunch combo and a side of popcorn chicken. I'm not a gravy guy but hearing the adds on the radio, had to getit. It was a wait. But order was correct and it was made fresh. Fries and gravy did not disappoint. Popcorn chicken was goodtoo. Just a bit of advise. When they ask if you want dipping sauce. Get it! Thought I would have enough gravy but the friestook care of that. Save the big crunch (spicy) for lunch tmrw. Gotta say, it's on the pricy side. But it's hard to beat thetaste. Read more

I'd rate 0 if I could. A poor woman had her van stuck on ice in the drivethrough for almost 10 minutes. She was doing everything... she could to get the van going but was stuck on solid ice. I could see all the staff one by one going up to the takeout windowand staring at the van. No one offered to help in any capacity. Finally a few of us in line got out of our cars and gave thewoman's vehicle a push. When I got to the window, I told the girl at the window someone should really put ice melt or sand out,but her response was "Leave a review and let our manager know" I'm sorry? You mean no one on staff was capable of taking 5minutes to put out sand to help their paying customers through the drivethru? Well, here's your review, hopefully the manager isable to train their staff to have a better sense of customer service and humanity. Read more
Don?t like reporting this however to caution those who use this service a word of advice . Audit your order and insure you... are receiving what you ordered and confirm your side order. Last two trips here after returning home found I was shorted on sideorders both times once I could understand but not twice . Read more
They don't participate in the nationally advertised specials and the wait time was forever in the drive through. Also, get your... staff to pick up the massive amount of garbage strewn about your drive through area and on property. It really doesn't look goodfor any business. Read more

Absolute terrible service. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker to place order. They forgot my gravy, dipping sauce, ice for my... drink and instead of spicy mayo on my big crunch... I got nothing! Also since when did they start putting 2 chicken strips inthe spicy big crunch instead of the patty? Complete garbage. Read more
