I have been going to this quaint tea place for several years and this is my first trip back post Covid. I met the new owner and... she is very nice and I wish her well but here are some points for her to consider as she moves forward. The service was slow!The portions for clotted cream and jam were very small( main reason for tea for me) and the way it was served was different. Iwould suggest to her to go back to the original way of serving. The food still tasted the same. Read more
I just enjoyed a fabulous tea with my mother and aunt. I wanted to treat them to something special and Crest Hill was perfect.... They've made some changes since I had last been a year ago that I really enjoyed, particularly the tea samples for smelling onthe table. The service was fantastic and the food and tea were even better than I remembered. We left relaxed, full and happy. Ithink we've found a new family tradition. Read more
What a charming little place. I visited with friends. They had tea; I had the tea sandwiches assortment. Great service and... wonderful food. I had to have a scone for home! Now I think I need to return to buy some hummingbird (like the cake) tea! Highlyrecommended. Read more
This is truly an amazing place. The ambiance is authentic and the tea selection fits everyone’s taste buds. The tea sandwiches... and savories are mouth watering. Our senior group went to a Halloween Tea today (10/28/2022) and loved it. The decor, the vanilla chai pumpkin tea = delightful,... the 3 courses = delicious. Just a perfect afternoon. Staff is friendly & helpful. We will return soon, how could we not -such a charming place. Read more
