The food is actually good but what makes it bad is the rude customer service . If they?re out of something and you ask for it... they get an attitude because then that means they have to make some more, thats not the customers fault it?s theres for notbeing prepared . Theres a female worker there who was the absolute worst I believe her name is Krisha if you lack decency likeher you SHOULD NOT be working with the public especially with food . Wow...this place kinda blew me away! The food was great and very flavorful. Think Chipotle meets Mediterranean. You choose from... between a bowl with a variety of greens, a salad, or a pita. Then move down the line adding various Mediterranean flavoredveggies, proteins, and sauces. I got a salad w/a mix of arugula & romaine and added chicken and beef meatballs along with a fewveggies and things. It was delicious! If Mediterranean cuisine is your thing then give Cava a shot! I do have to say...whilethis place had great food and a friendly staff it clearly LACKED a STRONG managerial presence: tables were dirty, trash areaNEEDED to be cleared away and wiped down, trays needed to be removed, the floor needed a good sweeping and mopping, countersneeded clearing and wiping. It was just a general feeling that there was nobody "manning the ship". Yes, i was there an hourbefore closing, but it doesn't matter what time it is; a RESTAURANT,where people go to EAT food that you are making for them,should NEVER feel dirty or unkempt. The booth that I sat at had a table that had remnants of food from the last person who satthere. ALSO, the wall of my booth had splatters from previous customers' food...thats just gross and lazy. Ordered take out from here while trying this restaurant for the first time. We ordered the falafel veggie wrap and the chicken... pita wrap. They came with fresh veggie and a number of sauces and fresh pita bread. Falafel very really soft and tasty. We alsohad the salad bowl with chicken. The chicken was really fresh and had a good number of veggie to it which was really nice. Niceplace to try out some Mediterranean food which is very similar to Chipotle. Read more
