I came to Dunkin for a breakfast craving ???? I order a hot chocolate which taste delicious and creamy but I wish the cocoa... powder was more broken down,the chocolate donut was yummy and fresh and I also order the maple bacon strips which was superjuicy,sweet and just the right texture.Would recommend...(9/10) Read more

I hate to say it, but I just can?t go to this location anymore. The past several times I?ve gone, the experience has not been... pleasant. My matcha is pretty much never mixed, legit have watched the worker just dump matcha powder in a cup, add ice, andpour oat milk over it. That?s it. No shaking, no mixing. Attached picture of my drink the other day for reference. Wasn?t evengreen and the matcha was a messy glob in the bottom that was impossible to break up. Then I opened my grilled cheese and, to mydisappointment, it was burnt. I?d maybe understand this kind of experience happening while the store is slammed (still doesn?tmake it right but) however I was 1 out of 2 cars in line. Taking my business elsewhere. Would give it 1 star but the lady whoworks in the mornings that calls me ?sweetie? and ?honey? is such a kind and attentive worker and she brightens my day. I know I left a review a few days ago , maybe a week ago about my bad experience . I reached out to corporate & I believe it was... a manager of the store reached out to me and explained I just caught them on a bad day and I definitely believe her , sheoffered a remake and I came and got it today and it was literally amazing literally everything was perfect the one thing I couldsay is my signature latte was a little strong but it wasn?t anything to like complain over , I just threw some sugar in it andcalled it a day . I believe me and that store both had a bad day , im in a high risk pregnancy and anyone with children knowyour hormones pregnant are ridiculous and one thing I?m very picky on is my food . I was a aggy that day and the day I went wasextremely busy but today like they more than made up for it , so I?ve you?ve caught them on a bad day or a couple bad days catchthem on a good day and you?ll be more than pleased the cocoa mocha signature latte is AMAZING or the Carmel craze signaturelatte? I recently came to buy 7 donuts and 4 ice coffee and I asked the lady with sugar and cream. then they give them to me plain... without sugar and without cream. I think the person in charge was there, and I asked them to please put cream and sugar on itand she replied that the sugar was there and they only gave me 4 units of milk. there were 2 large ice coffee and 2 small. thenI asked again that they put the milk and sugar for me. and the manager answered me very rudely, and then ignored me. After a fewseconds of seeing the treatment they were giving me, I asked them to cancel my order. I didn't understand very well what I wassaying to the other employees. he grabbed the bags of donuts and rudely tossed them aside. I went to the register to cancel theorder, and immediately the manager rudely asks the one who had taken my order to get out of there, and left me waiting forsomeone else to come and serve me. I am a very frequent customer of this dunkin' donuts, since it is very close to home. NowI'll have to go find another dunkin' farther from home. But the staff, specifically the manager, give a terrible service. Theydo not have the ethics and professionalism that they should have when serving the client. One as a client deserves the properattention and respect. We don't come to the store to be treated badly. and that they do not make you want to visit the storeagain. Read more

I'm a coffee drinker that has had your midnight coffee over 50 times. I know what it tastes like and I enjoy it. With that... being said, I ordered me a midnight today 7/31 and I was given your original medium roast. I put cream in it and smelled it andknew immediately without tasting it... I added sugar and then tasted it!!! I told the young lady that served it to me that itwas not midnight. The lead or manager rudely told me that it was midnight, that she brewed it for another customer and thenoffered to brew me another cup. I said yes, she then simply poured me another cup of the same! Like I didn't know that itwould take a few minutes to brew another pot of coffee!!!! I don't like being lied to and then offered coffee that I orderedonly to rudely give me the same original medium coffee. If your staff isn't happy working there and brewing midnight coffee at8:30am then they probably shouldn't be working there. She treated me like I was her enemy because I know midnight fromoriginal! I'm going to find another location or not buy from your company at all if this is how your staff treats theircustomer. You all are known for coffee and I don't understand what was so hard for her - the lead with braids and glasses! -ifthe customer orders a certain type of coffee and pays for it that's what the customer should get! I ordered a bacon egg cheese croissant and I got slimy bacon I could see thru. It was shockingly gross. I took it to an employee... and they said it should be that way and I would not get a refund. This is the 2nd time I've had a similar experience and I'll nolonger use this location. Read more
