Placed an order via the app this morning, 8/9/22. Parked and checked in the app that I was picking up inside, but doors were... locked. Got in the drive-through and noted I was getting order #1605. At the window the clerk refused to give me the orderclaiming the card was declined. The payment of $6.30 has cleared my bank account. I expect a complete reversal of the chargeimmediately. This store is very fast. We went inside to get Togo orders since they had a line in drive throw. We waited less then five... minutes. The food was hot!! It tasted great. Read more
Me and my co- worker went to the McDonald's on May and Hefner for lunch. As I a waiting to order my co- worker comes out livid,... because someone took a dump on the floor, and he stepped in it. When he came out he tried to speak to the manager. She was veryrude, and said that it was not her job to keep up with the bathroom, and that she was not having it today. There was no apology,or understanding. Bottom line is that this McDonald's brings up alot to questions,if your not checking the bathrooms, that meansyour staff must not be washing their hands. I ordered my food at the front counter, and the manager is asking people to use a the machine that's going to take your order.... But yet three people that was behind me got their food before me. I know the lunch rush through the drive-thru it's a prioritybut they need to make some time for the people that are eating inside. Read more
I do like some things about McDonald's. Last week I ordered a fish sandwich, plain no cheese, no tartar. Guess what I got again.... I got cheese on my fish sandwich! And not only that, it was dry and cold. And they cost over $5 for one fish sandwich. Neveragain! McDonald's needs to step up their game! Read more
