I am giving one star because the tip was changed on my charge slip. I do believe that is fraud and I cannot be forced to leave... the tip THEY believe I should leave. I have always had excellent service at the Colony Bwef O'Brady's. I did leave a comment onthe receipt to be more attentive, which I have never had to do. The "new" Nachos were awful. The waitress came by spouted somepositive things and kept going ... did not stop. I opened my mouth to speak with her and she was gone. Why was I charged anadditional .58 cents. I have been spending my hard earned money at beefs for many years ; the food isn?t always on point but thats anywhere so I would... never not come back over that ; I usually have a few drinks and a meal my average bill is on average $60 a visit. today I visitthe colony location in the villages with my co workers on pay day ; unfortunately it?s my first week so I don?t have a pay checktoday and I didn?t have lunch money ; my co workers ordered sandwiches and soft drinks, totaling almost $40; I proceeded to eatmy packed lunch ; the Server came and told me I can?t eat my outside food ; I explained the situation and the fact we ride golfcarts and we were sitting in a booth in the back and couldn?t really be seen and that they bought food; she said no exceptionsit?s on the door; this isn?t an issue at any other restaurants in the area and I wasn?t loitering; I will get my pay check nextFriday and we Will eat lunch at another establishment; will they make exceptions for medical reasons or personal eating choiceat a meeting or family gathering? the woman kept giving me dirty looks the rest of this visit as she walked by and standingbehind the bar; little did she kno I had $3 towards the tip; I had no intentions of loitering; I just had a tight week !Catherine C at colony beefs , I hope you never fall on hard times and that you don?t have to be humiliated in front of your newcoworkers and a restaurant full of patrons ; I was just trying to eat my measly little packed lunch while my coworkers enjoyedtheir hard earned Friday lunch meal. This beef o Brady's is probably the worst one I have ever been to. Staff is super unwelcoming. They don't greet you when you... walk in, my wife got her food and there was hair in it. Along with our server who was very rude and couldn't have had anyexperience in customer service. She didn't even know my wife had hair in her food because she was gone and we had to callanother waitress over to take the food away. Will never be going back here!! Read more
Saw the TV ad with a picture of their Cheesy Bacon Chicken and couldn't pass it up. We'll definitely come back and order it... again. Our previous go-to item had been the Appetizer Combo. Food and service were both excellent! Read more
The waitress was great. I had ordered a hamburger and fries and they were perfect. I don't know for sure if the waitress told... the cook to not over cook my fries or not because I am currently without teeth but I do know my fries were just right and Icould eat almost every one. Friendly atmosphere. I will go back there. Can't wait to be able to sink my new teeth into theirother food they have in their menu. Read more
We both had the traditional wing basket with honey bbq and WET. It came with alot of hot fresh fries and Coleslaw. Our server... Haley was good & efficient. The wings came fresh and hot but not wet as a matter of fact they had hardly any sauce on them withsome having no sauce at all. When the server brought the salt we asked for more BBQ sauce because they definitely weren'twet. She never came back & checked on us, never asked if we wanted refills until she dropped the bill off and even then shenever asked just said "I'll check you out when you're ready". We could have attributed this to the servers being very busy butthey weren't so that excuse is nil. Instead of a 4 they get a three in rating. Will we go back? Probably Read more
They still sell the traditional wings for $.99. They are the best! Like other restaurants in the Villages, staffing is a... problem. The wings are great and the 2-4-1 Margarita"s are nice. I'm retired I'll put up with the inconvenience. It's a greatplace! Read more
