My first experience at Culver's went well. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly and I received my items in a timely... manner. My second time at the restaurant makes me never want to go back. I ordered a meal but noticed the woman had only rungup my burger so I apologized (even though I wasn't at fault) and clarified that I actually wanted the meal and I received theonly attitude from the woman on the other end. I pull up to the window and my order still isn't right but I'm still receivingattitude from the staff as if I ordered a steak and not just a butter burger meal. I came and got a couple of burgers through the drive through a couple of months ago, and I got buns & toppings with no burgers.... I called and Riley assured me that I could come back any time and they would be remade for me, and I made sure she knew it wouldprobably be a couple of months because I don?t go out for burgers often, and she said that was fine. I came tonight and theysaid they couldn?t do anything about it, and I ordered anyway, and it still came out wrong. I usually prefer Five Guys, but Ican?t get burgers for myself and my boyfriend from there because they have seeds on their buns, so Culver?s is usually a closesecond. More than likely will avoid going back to this location, since the original order was over $30 including everything andI still had to cook for myself that night. Read more
Tasty, crispy fish but greasy, poor service. I had to go back twice, they didn't ask if I wanted any condiments, no napkins & I... forgot to ask. The drive up window person wouldn't even greet me, she just kept talking to someone inside, never reallyacknowledged I was even present. No eye contact, no thank you, nothing. I have never had frozen custard before in my life. Went through the drive thru and ordered a small cup of vanilla with Carmel... drizzled on top. Oh my Lord, it was so so good. It's thick but yet easy to get on your spoon and melts quickly in hot heat andyour mouth. I couldn't even finish that small portion because it was so forfilling. I wish there was one off 441 in Lady Lake orThe Villages shopping center. The one I had to go to is about 7 miles away from my home. It would be so nice to have one closerbecause now I'm curious what the rest of the menu tastes like! Read more
Ordered my favourite sandwich, the pork cutlet. Was fresh and juicy! Unfortunately, I did order onion rings and instead received... fries, which is why I am giving the 4 star review this time. Fries were fresh. Cheese curds were also ordered, those were SUPERfresh! Definitely getting those again! Read more
9/5/21 went through drive thru, ordering was easy and friendly, guy at payment window also friendly and helpful, wait was very... short but women who brought it to car was not very friendly and was put out that we asked a question. For 3 of us it was 47$,food was all ok, not great but good enough to not be disappointing. The pretzel bites were VERY good though. Shrimp was ok, butalmost like what you can get at the grocery store freezers. We all agreed it was ok, average seafood. Read more
