A few months ago, my wife and I ate at this restaurant and the waiter and food were excellent. However the air conditioning was... not working properly, and so it was a bit warm. Yesterday, we returned, were seated, and asked the staff to turn up the airconditioning and was told that the air conditioning unit was broken. It was so warm and uncomfortable and sticky that we decidedto leave immediately. We hope this restaurant will be replacing their AC unit soon because we will not be returning to thislocation otherwise. Read more

Great service from Craig, very attentive and friendly. We had the date night for 2 which included 2 sirloin steaks, 2 lobster... tails and 2 skewers of shrimp. The menu also stated it includes a shareable side of bacon Mac and cheese and 2 sides. They maysnd cheese was out of stock and not replaced. Overall the meal was great just not worth the price. Came here for dinner with friends. We were not disappointed. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. We were quickly... seated. Our server, Randy, was excellent. He was very personable and helped us with our questions about the menu. I order theSalmon New Orleans. It comes with grilled shrimp. My sides were Caesar salad and the Brussels sprouts. Haven't been in a few years and they didn't disappoint. Cheddar biscuits, I know better but I still ate 3 so good, been a while.... My girlfriend had the Seaside Shrimp Trio and I had my favorite Ultimate Feast. Read more

My waitress Octavia was excellent. The best waitress I have ever had at Red Lobster and not only at my table but all her tables... she had. Food was okay, I order something different and I couldn't eat it all. Leftover for sure. Waitress and staff made itfive star. Best hot cheddar cheese biscuit ever. Read more

I wish I could put at least 4 stars because the drinks were strong and delicious. However the cleanliness was not desirable... and things seemed unkempt and not sanitized as other places.
