If I could give this location no stars I would. I was on my lunch break, I asked politely to the order taker, will she please... drop my Chalupa freshly dropped because I have a distance to drive back. She responded "it's fresh" Paid, received my food. Andit definitely was not a freshly dropped chalupa, and trust me I know what a freshly dropped in grease Chalupa is. I used to workfor Taco Bell for 6 years. I swear this day in time, these new Taco Bell employees just working for a check verse making thequality of the food! I will not be visiting this location ever again. Not even for happy hour. Thanks for ruining my lunchbreak and my appetite for Taco Bell food! Read more

While the service during the hours they are open are great better than most in the area. The fact remains this location chooses... to run 11-7. Locations like this will be the reason Taco Bell breakfast fails. Fast food is successful for 3 main reason. 1.)consistency 2.) fast 3.) value / not doing breakfast means consumers can?t come to try breakfast, thus not making it apart ofthere routine, kind of how McDonald?s has come to be so successful for breakfast. The limited hours are probably do to shortstaffing. If you really thought about it and put money and time into the short staffing issue I promise it would be solved, infact I can even solve it for you. For instance, labor is typically a percentage of your budget in revenue, let?s say your underyour budget, why not meet your budget by giving out those extra hours on employees pay checks that went above and beyond? Lookforward to this location getting back to normal. I visit atleast 5 times per week. Read more

Service was good but I didn?t like the condition of the restroom. I had to hold my breath just to use it. Almost lost my... appetite from being in there. They definitely need to address the issue with it other than that it was pretty good Read more

The young lady working drive through is rude and the food was cold. Not warm or room temperature but COLD like someone just... pulled it out of the fridge. There were just 2 of us we didn't order anything crazy or make additions to or ask for it to beprepared in a particular way I didn't realize they needed to be told that the food should be hot. When you are inside you cannot place an order. You can only use a Kiosk to place your order. A Kiosk doesn?t have the capability... of allowing me to explain how I want my meal completed. When I asked the employee working there if she could take my order herresponse was you can only order by the Kiosk. Therefore I will never go to Taco Bell again. Another Company that has lost itsWay Read more

Taco Bell has changed to a kiosk type of order system rather than humans. Actually, I think this is a pretty good idea but the... kiosks are very slow and not well designed. As a direct result, you have to stand in line to get to a kiosk to place your order. But that's not why I gave only a two-star rating. After placing my order, I had to wait over 20 minutes for two tacos that costme $8. I think that's ridiculous both price wise and wait time. Next time, I'll skip the line and make some delicious tacosmyself. I don't recommend this location. Read more
