It was very warm in the store when I visited. Maybe that was due to atypical problem with a/c. In any case, just a little warm... for me. I can deal with that. However, I found signage was difficult to understand for this old woman using a cane. The staffwas friendly and a great help. Read more

Not sure how to rate this...since it's more of the parking that's an issue. If you are a person who can't get around well, but... also maybe you don't have a handicapped sticker, I can walk, but I can't do stairs cause of a bad knees. Which means, I rely onelevators. The only good parking spot for that is not on the first floor. They should not use the first floor for valet or otherparking like that. It takes away from others who might need the help. And also, they put handicapped parking on the floors bythe elevator...which I managed to find a close spot on the second floor but come to find out, nope, out of order. People! Thisis not cool. I had to slowly hobble back to the car and cirlc till something on the first floor opened up. Just annoyed and inpain. And then the store didn't even have what I needed. ???? granted my fault, but I needed a Bible for a gift for someone andthey didn't have the one I needed even though the website said it did. And no one was helpful. Ignored me the whole time. That'sok. I'll go find one elsewhere. Read more

The staff was courteous as I walked around to ask if I needed anything which is always a plus. The drinks at the cafe were made... quick and delicious as always. I don't know what their labor budget could be, but I felt like it could have been dusted a littlebetter. Actually a lot better. Not the end of the world, just eat noticeable. Read more

Manga Specific Review~~ I?ve gone to quite a few Barnes and Nobles, and I have to say that this is one of the best I know and... probably the best I?ve seen in the area when it comes to manga selection. I have gone here quite a few times, and one thing Ilove about this place is that it continues to restock and refill a lot of the manga selection. The variety of the selection hereis also something to be praised. Series that are scarcely found in other Barnes and Nobles are found easily in this one.Although some of the longer and more popular series such as One Piece, Berserk, and Naruto could use a little more love and morevolumes. Overall, most of the series I found there had a good amount of volumes. This store also had a good amount of newlyreleased manga, however something I would like to see more of are 1st volumes of series. All in all, a great Barnes and Noblesfor manga shopping. B&N Disclaimer~~ If you want to get manga from Barnes and Nobles, either set up for pickup or just go tothe store. For some reason they can never ship a copies of books safely and most times your volume will arrive damaged in someway or another. The best way to avoid this is either go in to the store or set up for pickup so you can see the volumes beforeyou buy it, or just order online else where. Read more

This place has a great selection of books and gifts. The selection is much better than other nearby stores.

I love going to this store! I usually grab a book and sit by the windows to read and just enjoy my time. I also enjoy walking... around and looking at different books when I am bored at home. I have not purchased many books from this store but I enjoy justwandering around and checking the stuff out. It is highly recommended if you love reading books and are looking for some goodread. I always love the smell of Barnes and Noble. Visited the starbucks inside here and did some work from laptop. Friendly... atmosphere and friendly employees. Best bookstore to go to with your kids! They even have story times once a week. I never leaveempty handed when I visit this location. Read more
