I usually order from Bigotes and have never had a problem. I found a long black hair in my chilaqiles. I called and spoke to a... manager she stated i needed to bring back the chilaquiles if i wanted a refund or exchange. I couldn't take them back because iwas at work at the moment. The manager went on an told me that this things happen and it was out of their control. She also saidit could happen to anyone. I was very upset because she wasn't very apologetic instead she had an attitude about the wholesituation. I will not be going to there because customer service is horrible and there's hair in the food. Makes me wonder howclean the kitchen must be. Read more
