This is our 1st time here at Carrabba?s!!! It was so wonderful here! The food was unbelievable!! This isn?t your normal Italian... restaurant. You can taste the homemade sauce to the care of their meals. We will be back! Our server Arjaye was amazing! He gaveus space also watching us. What a great experience!!! Read more

Save your money, it was expensive and not good at all. My family spent over Over $140 for this food. Some things are not in the... picture. The calamari is overly salty and the pasta is mediocre and watery. Read more

I like this restaurant, the food is good. But they have slipped and the entire restaurant atmosphere needs a lot of help. Staff... was courteous enough but as soon as we sat at our table, I noticed crayon all over the wall and booth divider. Next, I noticedthe thick layer of dust on the booth shelf. The bathroom was also not very clean as well as having a hole in the wall seeminglycovered w/ a piece of tinfoil. Like I said, food was good. Overall dining experience not so much. Read more

My sirloin was unevenly cooked and quite dry but its a sirloin so understandable to an extent. Server did amazing shout out to... Tony he did really well. My only issue was the steak was dry but the other items on my dates and my plate were great. I'd def goback but not for steak. Read more

Coming from someone that only gives 4-5 ?? I held Carrabba?s at a very high standard when it came to food quality but not today,... not this location. I would give 5?? for service. We were a big group and our server was so sweet and attentive. Food on theother hand, not so much. The calamari was very dry, salmon was over cooked, the Cozze (mussels) which is the main reason why Ialways go back to Carrabba?s tasted just okay. We brought my boyfriend?s family for their first dinner in Houston after theirdrive from SA and I?m kinda disappointed we chose to go here. We enjoyed the bread served with seasoning (&olive oil) and thechocolate cake ???????? Read more

This is what being "short staffed" looks like at the Carrabba's, The Woodlands, I-45. They didn't want me to sit at the bar, so... bar tender makes no money...poor management and pathetic excuse not to do a job you could get paid for. Guess, it begs thequestion, who's making the drinks for the tables while this individual behind the bar surfs the internet? On the quality side, ordered the ribeye this evening. Really good service this evening (01/17/2022). Just a sign on the door stating wait times mightbe a little longer from the kitchen...totally, understandable. Have me a chance to order a nice glass of wine while I waswaiting for take-out order. However, what's definitely not acceptable is receiving the ribeye that's been trimmed to remove thebest part of the ribeye, the cap. Take it from someone who's not only cooked steaks in a world class restaurant, this fella alsoworked in an old fashioned meat market, many other restaurants and am a big time back yard grilling guru, this was bad. Have youever paid for something you didn't get? Well... Can't use the old, it's only supposed to be 10 oz. steak excuse either. I knowthat they can cut the, ENTIRE, ribeye thinner to get to 10 oz. Come on Carrabba's, provide the whole steak, the entire chickenbreast (not half the breast), and tenderize the breast meat as it provides more surface area for seasoning/ marinated, andflavor. This is the way they do it at Carrabba's Original. Read more

We visited Carrabba's in the Woodlands last night for my husband's birthday. We haven't been to this restaurant in awhile. We... usually go to the Original Carrabba's on Kirby, and my family always complains this this one is nowhere near as good. Well, Ican gladly prove them wrong. Alleigh (our waitress) was fantastic- personable, knowledgeable, and she always kept our glassesfull. We had a couple of delicious appetizers- mozzarella sticks (soo good!), and a special sample of the Tomato Caprese(you've got to try that one out; the mozzarella is so creamy, and it pairs perfectly with the tomatoes and balsamic glaze). Weall had a bowl of the spicy Chicken soup. It was the perfect starter for the evening meal. My husband had the Ribeye and ateevery bite. My mother had Chicken Parmesan, and it was the best she's had! My daughter had soup and salad, and I had theChicken Marsala- perfect flavor, just the right portion, and oh so tasty. Since it was my husband's birthday, he received amouthwatering chocolate dessert with brownie, mousse and whipped cream. It was gone in under 3 minutes. The restrooms wereclean, the management was on top of things, and it was a great atmosphere for a nice dinner. We'll definitely be back! Read more

Service was great here. Loved our waitress. We have dined many times and enjoyed our experience. My moms food was great. Mine... was pretty good except I would warn against the garlic mashed potatoes today. There is enough black pepper in here that youactually get the gritty texture and taste. Read more
