Ordered a ice cream cone and French fries on a Tuesday evening. Employees, mostly teenagers, were too busy talking and swearing... amongst themselves to hear my order the first time. We were there to let our daughter play on the playground but were told tomove away from that part of the dining area since it had already been cleaned for the night, one hour before closing. That isfine, but he did not ask us to move, just looked at us like we were crazy and told us he had just cleaned the area. Alsowitnessed this same team member arguing with the manager about what his cleaning duties were. Won?t be visiting this locationagain. Read more
I was really disappointed after my visit today. The restaurant was extremely dirty. All of The trash cans were all over filled... while there were employees just standing around. It wasn?t busy at all. I let my daughter play in the play ground and it wasvisibly dirty from the little shoe area. It looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in a while. Next time I?ll make the drive to theone by the mall. Read more
This location has an incredible staff and the food is always good. Traffic can be a little hectic after school, but the their... car management in the drive through helps a lot! Read more
This location USED to be reliable. I was just shorted a sandwich on my drive thru order. When I pointed it out, an employee... asked for all my food back and went to compare it vs. my receipt. They then had the audacity to tell me I didn't pay for it andshowed me the receipt. I then had to show the incompetent employee that the missing sandwich was on the receipt. TERRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE. For some reason this location has issues with my orders every time I visit last time I received spicy chicken instead of the... regular chik fil a sandwich... this time they completely forgot my daughter?s hash browns... they weren?t even busy this timenormally I don?t make a big deal out of these things but it seems to be consistently happening. I love Chick-fil-A but this is not a good location. Twice they have forgotten parts of our order and I didn?t notice until I got... home. It?s also the ONLY LOCATION THAT REFUSES TO HAVE YOUR MOBILE ORDER READY FOR PICK UP INSIDE. It defeats the purposecompletely of having in-store pick up if you?re in a hurry. If you click I?m already here they still refuse to put it togetheror cook it until you come in and check in with them. Also the fries were completely green last time. As alway Chick-fil-A customer service is one of the greatest!! Nice location and delicious food!!
The food is good as you expect, but they get our order wrong 1/4 of the time. At least once a month. Not much is worse than... getting home with a van full of hungry kids and realizing your 8 year old doesn?t have their entree. Repeatedly. Read more
